Lorelle Ferguson, CDA

Lorelle Dixon, RDH

She's beauty and she's grace, though she's not Miss United States, she is Mrs. Lorelle Dixon...sorry boys, she's taken.  She was recognized and honored as the 2009 Salina Area Technical College Student of the Year.We are considering whether that is worthy of a reserved parking stall or not.  In the meantime, we are proud of her.  With Lorelle, you can feel free to let your hair down (figuratively) but not too much or she may trim it up (literally)!  Lorelle's talents do not stop at juggling dental instruments.  She carries clippers in her free time and would never turn down a good fishing derby challenge to anyone that dare.  Spending time with her family, mostly in Salina, going camping and playing games is important to her as well.  Unfortunately she's been brainwashed somewhere along the line and now tends to wear that Husker red way too often.  We tease Lorelle about her sixth sense but if it were really that good she'd surely be cheering on another team.  She may know something we don't know though, just ask her (she probably learned it from Grey's, Anatomy that is)!

Brenda Fraser, CDA

                                                                Brenda Fraser, CDA

Our jack of all trades AND master of some!  It is Brenda's mission impossible to keep the office equipment running, help organize patient's treatments and schedules and assist when we need her magic thumb!  She's been in all aspects of dentistry for 20+ years and can fix it all, even broken smiles.  Name it and she'll do it unless of course it involves country music.  We give her credit for being the fittest grandma in town!  Brenda is married to Mark and has two daughters, Krista and Kara and now a granddaughter Kaegan (who can light up a room with her remarkable smile).  Outside of the office she enjoys about every sport but her real passion is volleyball (preferably not in the mud though).  She is the assistant coach for the Minneapolis High Volleyball team.  We try not to hold it against her for being a Jayhawk but it does interfere with her ability to focus some days.
